Cooked Peeled Eggs

Cooked and peeled eggs in brine are very popular with delicatessens, and are used extensively in restaurants, school cafeterias, and other similar facilities. We use the modern automated SANOVO line for processing, which ensures a precisely centred egg yolk in the centre of the egg. It also helps retain the colour and flavour of the cooked eggs, and the brine in which the eggs are stored keeps preserves and protects them. We introduced the production of this product on our market ten years ago.

 

Cooked Peeled Eggs in Brine

Description and packaging: Produced in commercial packaging (net weight 7 kg + cca 1/3 bring, egg size "M"). The eggs are undamaged, and entirely free of any non-standard flavour or visual aspects. The brine preserves and protects the eggs from microbes without affecting the flavour of the eggs.

Use: culinary industry, catering, delicatessens, etc. Minimum shelf life: 28 days from the date of production.

 

Cooked Egg Pieces in Brine

Description and packaging: A quality ingredient, contains eggs damaged mechanically during production. The brine preserves and protects the eggs from microbes without affecting the flavour of the eggs. Package net weight 7 kg.

Uses: Perfect for use as a base for spreads and egg products. Shelf life: 14 days from date of production.
